Terms of Use
Last updated · May 16, 2026
These terms describe the agreement between you and ExpenSee (“we”, “us”) when you install or use the ExpenSee app. By using the app you agree to these terms.
The app
ExpenSee is a personal expense tracking app for iPhone. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the App Store’s standard EULA.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some features require a Premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. They auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard refund policy.
Acceptable use
Don’t use ExpenSee in ways that break the law, infringe on someone’s rights, or interfere with the service. Don’t attempt to reverse engineer or resell the app.
Your data and AI features
ExpenSee uses AI to parse your transaction text. Parsing is best-effort — categories and amounts may occasionally be wrong, and you should review your data periodically. ExpenSee is not a financial advisor and is not responsible for financial decisions made using the app.
No warranty, limited liability
ExpenSee is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any data loss arising from the use or inability to use the app.
Termination
You may stop using ExpenSee at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
